Key Responsibilities- Support daily banking operations across various departments
- Assist in customer service delivery and relationship management
- Contribute to digital banking initiatives and process improvements
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programmes
- Collaborate with team members on assigned projects and tasks
- Learn banking operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognised institution in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office applications
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude
- Candidates outside Anambra State must be willing to relocate to our offices
