About the Role
MTN Nigeria is seeking passionate and driven professionals for the Y’ello Mums Reintegration Programme, a one-year initiative designed to support career-oriented mothers as they transition back into the workforce following a career break due to childbirth or caring for dependents. Based at our MTN Plaza in Lagos, this programme provides a structured and supportive pathway to rebuild professional experience, strengthen capabilities, and successfully reintegrate into a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Reintegrate into active corporate projects and contribute expertise to relevant business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Participate in targeted training, mentorship, and professional development sessions.
- Update and refine professional skills aligned with current industry standards and technological advancements.
- Deliver on assigned deliverables and contribute innovative ideas to team discussions.
- Must possess between 5 and 10 years of relevant professional work experience acquired prior to the career break.
- Hold a relevant professional certification or provide verifiable evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
- Demonstrate recent engagement in training, professional courses, industry-related learning programmes, or other recognized development activities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
