About the Role
Strivo Labs is seeking a neat, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within a private household. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining a comfortable, spotless, and well-organized living environment while upholding the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all areas of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Perform routine sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitization of all household surfaces.
- Handle comprehensive laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and proper wardrobe arrangement.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and maintain pristine guest and family bedrooms.
- Organize household items and ensure all personal and shared belongings are kept in designated places.
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report items needing replenishment in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safe handling, proper usage, and secure storage of all cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain exceptional standards of household hygiene and respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents at all times.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Housekeeper in a private residence or hospitality setting.
- Sound knowledge of modern cleaning techniques, fabric care, and general household maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and reliable time management abilities.
- Must be trustworthy, discreet, hardworking, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Prior verifiable experience working directly within a private household is a distinct advantage.
