  • Own inventory management for workplace and warehouse supplies, including stock checks and discrepancy investigations.
  • Manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups with Procurement and Finance.
  • Process and reconcile airtime and data allocation for employee and field populations.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, employee events, and workplace activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, administration, logistics, or office management.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple operational workstreams across internal teams and external vendors, ideally spanning fleet, facilities, travel, inventory, and events.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and performance bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a leading global FinTech organization.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment with top-tier talent.
