About the Role
Beaumont Luxe Interiors, a diversified group of companies spanning real estate, interior design, supermarkets, and fashion, is seeking an experienced Woodworking Workshop Production Manager. Key Responsibilities- Manage overall workshop manufacturing, production planning, installation schedules, and the project team.
- Liaise with Project Managers and the Managing Director to review weekly requirements and delivery schedules.
- Oversee machinery maintenance, enforce strict Health & Safety protocols, and maintain workshop housekeeping standards.
- Assign daily tasks to workshop labor, monitor job cost control, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Conduct interviews, motivate staff, and provide ongoing training and development for high performance.
- Handle computerized tasks including the generation of cutting lists and delivery notes.
- Possession of an FSLC, OND, NCE, or HND qualification.
- 3 to 10 years of proven production management experience within the joinery or woodworking industry.
- Strong commercial awareness with exceptional problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in computerized workshop systems and cutting list generation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop manufacturing teams.
