About the Role
Ravinora Energy Services Limited, a leading indigenous Nigerian oil and gas EPC partner established in 2011, is seeking a skilled Wireline Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team. In this pivotal field-based role, you will oversee wireline operations, ensure strict adherence to industry safety standards, and contribute to our commitment to delivering excellence in alignment with Nigeria's local content objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all wireline operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and technical specifications.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards across all field activities.
- Manage equipment deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering, geosciences, and client teams to optimize well performance.
- Maintain accurate daily operational reports, logs, and compliance documentation.
- Mentor junior crew members and promote a strong safety culture on location.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Geosciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant upstream oil and gas experience, with demonstrable hands-on field expertise in wireline operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of well operations, standard safety procedures, and oilfield industry regulations.
- Valid industry-standard professional certifications will be a strong added advantage.
