We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Batching Plant Supervisor to join our growing operations and maintain our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily batching plant operations to ensure production activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor plant operators and site personnel to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Monitor production output, raw material inventory, and quality control measures to meet project specifications.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of plant equipment to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, production reports, and equipment maintenance records.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in batching plant operations within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete batching processes, plant machinery, and mechanical maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate logistics, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Relevant technical certification, diploma, or degree in Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
