About the Role
Aldelia Limited is a global recruitment and workforce services leader specializing in the oil and gas sector. We are currently recruiting a skilled Wells Service Advisor to support our major industry clients in Nigeria. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant well operations while supporting local content development and international standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical advice on well services, operations, and interventions to clients and on-site teams.
- Ensure all well service activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Supervise and monitor well operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to optimize well performance and productivity.
- Prepare detailed operational reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
- Support local content initiatives by mentoring and training junior Nigerian engineering personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in well services within the oil and gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of well intervention, completion techniques, and safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Valid industry certifications (e.g., IWCF, BOSIET) and relevant professional affiliations.
