We are currently seeking a passionate, skilled, and energetic Wellness & Juice Bartender to join our dynamic front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities- Design, prepare, and serve a creative menu of fresh cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, smoothies, and non-alcoholic botanical mocktails.
- Maintain impeccable standards of workstation cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service by engaging with guests, explaining ingredient benefits, and recommending beverages tailored to their preferences.
- Manage inventory levels of fresh produce, syrups, and bar supplies, placing timely orders and minimizing waste to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure prompt, accurate, and elegant beverage service during busy dining hours.
- Stay updated on emerging global beverage trends, superfoods, and holistic wellness ingredients to continuously innovate our drink offerings.
- Minimum of a secondary school diploma or relevant certification in hospitality, food service, or a related field.
- Proven previous experience working as a bartender, juice artist, or barista in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or wellness café.
- Exceptional knowledge of fresh produce, juicing techniques, flavor balancing, and nutritional wellness benefits.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, welcoming, and customer-centric demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fine dining environment while maintaining grace, speed, and accuracy.
- Must currently reside in Jos or be willing to relocate promptly to Plateau State.
