About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Well Operations Technician to join our diverse and highly motivated offshore operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor wellheads, Christmas trees, flowlines, and associated production equipment to ensure reliable output.
- Carry out routine wellhead inspections, pressure monitoring, valve function checks, and timely leak detection.
- Support well start-up, shut-in, reinstatement, testing, and production optimization activities under strict safety guidelines.
- Assist with well intervention, integrity remediation, and pressure-testing activities using approved operational procedures.
- Monitor annulus pressures and abnormal well conditions, promptly escalating deviations to appropriate engineering teams.
- Execute daily tasks strictly adhering to Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and SIMOPS requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of well status, pressure logs, maintenance activities, and comprehensive shift handovers.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant upstream production and well operations experience, preferably within an offshore environment.
- Valid offshore medical clearance, BOSIET/HUET certification, and relevant well-control or H2S safety certifications.
- Strong expertise in wellhead operations, well integrity barrier awareness, pressure monitoring, and emergency response.
