About the Role
Epheezy Model Management is a premier Nigerian modeling and talent development agency based in Lagos Mainland, Lagos, dedicated to discovering, training, and placing aspiring creative talents. We are currently expanding our dynamic team and looking for a passionate Welfare Officer to champion the care, safety, and overall well-being of our models.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and support the physical and emotional well-being of models and creative talents during agency activities, shoots, and events.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for talents needing guidance, counseling, or general support regarding their day-to-day engagement with the agency.
- Coordinate logistics for talent welfare, including meals, rest breaks, and health and safety compliance on set.
- Maintain confidential records of talent welfare assessments and report any issues promptly to management.
- Organize periodic wellness workshops, mental health awareness sessions, and lifestyle coaching for aspiring talents.
- Collaborate with the management and support teams to foster a safe, inclusive, and professional working environment.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in welfare management, HR support, or counseling, preferably within the entertainment or creative industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Good knowledge of health and safety standards within the Nigerian workplace or creative space.
- Residency in or around Lagos Mainland, Lagos, with the ability to commute conveniently.
