About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in maintaining, repairing, and fabricating vital industrial equipment, ensuring our high-speed production lines operate smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities- Perform precision stainless steel welding and standard electric welding across various factory equipment and infrastructural setups.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install metal parts and structures according to engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plant machinery to identify and rectify structural wear or welding defects.
- Collaborate closely with the maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize production downtime.
- Ensure all welding and fabrication tasks comply strictly with industry safety standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while properly handling and storing all welding tools and materials.
- Execute urgent welding repairs promptly and effectively to support continuous, uninterrupted beverage production cycles.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience as a Welder, preferably within a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial production setting.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in specialized stainless steel welding and standard electric welding techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications accurately.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and precision in delivering durable results across diverse industrial projects.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant trade test certifications or vocational training in welding and fabrication will be an added advantage.
