Key Responsibilities- Perform precision stainless steel welding and standard electric welding on various industrial equipment and piping systems.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install metal parts and structures according to engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on factory machinery to identify and repair structural defects.
- Ensure all welding operations comply strictly with company safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, ensuring proper handling and storage of all welding tools and materials.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven professional experience as a welder within a manufacturing, industrial, or production setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in specialized stainless steel welding techniques and standard electric welding.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding equipment, safety gear, and metal properties.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering precise and durable results.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
