About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot large injection molding machines to ensure seamless production runs.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Handle processes specific to PE, PET, and PP plastic bottle manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues during production cycles.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to inspect finished plastic products and correct any molding defects.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation in compliance with company health and safety regulations.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Trade Test, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience working with large injection molding machines within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with thermoplastic materials including PE, PET, and PP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
