About the Role
Heirbase Management Solutions Limited stands as a testament to a visionary future, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation. We are currently looking for a dedicated Weighbridge Operator to join our dynamic team at the plant. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring seamless coordination between logistics, security, and finance.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the weighbridge system and accurately record weights for all vehicles and materials entering and leaving the plant.
- Verify vehicle details, driver information, and accompanying documentation prior to conducting first and second weighings.
- Issue weighbridge tickets, reconcile transaction records with dispatch and delivery notes, and report any discrepancies.
- Liaise closely with security, operations, logistics, and finance to ensure proper vehicle control and accurate material reconciliation.
- Maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports while ensuring the weighbridge area and equipment remain clean and operational.
- Adhere strictly to company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, operational procedures, and data confidentiality guidelines.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO; an OND or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Weighbridge Operator, Dispatch Clerk, or Logistics Clerk within an industrial, manufacturing, or mining environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital weighing software.
- Strong numerical, record-keeping, and attention-to-detail skills with high personal integrity and honesty.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by plant operations.
- Preference is given to candidates residing in Ode Remo or surrounding communities within reasonable commuting distance.
