We are currently looking for a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless operation of our electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise routine and preventive electrical maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity.
- Coordinate electrical maintenance personnel and assign daily tasks effectively.
- Monitor electrical equipment proactively to identify and resolve developing faults before failure occurs.
- Support the troubleshooting and timely repair of complex electrical equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in strict accordance with approved standard operating procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records, logs, and detailed reports.
- Coordinate closely with plant operations to minimise downtime and disruption during maintenance activities.
- Ensure total compliance with electrical safety standards and HSE requirements on-site.
- Monitor the condition, safety, and availability of all electrical tools, equipment, and installations.
- Escalate major electrical faults and potential maintenance risks to senior management personnel promptly.
- Support overall maintenance planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Class 1 Trade Tested Electrician certification.
- SSCE/WAEC/NECO with at least five credits, including English Language, Mathematics, and two Science subjects.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on electrical maintenance experience within a plant environment.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, proven supervisory skills, and a high level of safety awareness.
- Preference will be given to candidates who live in Ode Remo or nearby communities and can reasonably commute to the plant.
