Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain the corporate website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Regularly update website content, graphics, service pages, and promotional materials.
- Troubleshoot website glitches, server errors, and provide comprehensive IT technical support to staff.
- Maintain computer hardware, software applications, local networks, and other essential IT equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital advertising campaigns and online initiatives.
- Implement proactive security measures to safeguard company websites and proprietary data.
- Proven professional experience in website development, web design, and IT support.
- Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other modern CMS platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and networking.
- Familiarity with web hosting management, domain administration, and SEO best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant degree or practical certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
