About the Role
KadMap Systems Limited is looking for an expert IT Asset Management Software Trainer on a contract basis to help our enterprise clients master the Snipe-IT application. In this role, you will empower corporate teams to efficiently track, manage, and audit their IT assets using structured workflows. Please note that this is purely a training and enablement role; coding, software development, technical integrations, and hardware repairs are strictly out of scope.
Key Responsibilities- Train enterprise clients on how to effectively navigate and utilize the Snipe-IT software platform.
- Demonstrate key application functions including asset registration, tracking, assignment, check-in, check-out, and reporting.
- Guide participants through real-world, practical asset management scenarios and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Develop comprehensive user guides, step-by-step instructions, and engaging training exercises.
- Explain complex software features in clear, accessible language tailored to various user proficiency levels.
- Address client questions regarding everyday application usage and system troubleshooting.
- Assess participants' understanding throughout the training sessions and identify opportunities for further reinforcement.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience using and training others on Snipe-IT.
- Solid understanding of IT inventory control, asset tracking, and hardware/software asset administration.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and teaching skills with the ability to explain workflows clearly.
- Proven capability to prepare practical training materials and documentation.
- Prior background in IT asset management, inventory control, or general IT operations is strongly preferred.
