Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-performing websites and applications using Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Manage AWS cloud servers, web hosting accounts, cPanel, WHM, and DNS settings to guarantee optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance website search rankings and technical performance.
- Provide comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for on-site and remote staff.
- Manage cloud-based productivity tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot communication and security infrastructure, including 3CX VoIP phone systems and CCTV installations.
- Keep accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in web development using Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated expertise in AWS cloud server management and cPanel/WHM administration.
- Solid background in IT systems administration, network troubleshooting, and hardware/software support.
- Familiarity with 3CX VoIP systems and CCTV installation is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and website speed optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for supporting non-technical team members.
