About the Role

Seven Up Bottling Company, a globally recognized leader in the beverage industry, is seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Operations Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all site-level IT operations, optimizing technical infrastructure, and providing robust support to ensure seamless business continuity across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and ERP systems to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Oversee all site-related IT activities, ensuring compliance with corporate technology standards and policies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including OS deployment, system upgrades, and comprehensive hardware troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex software, login, and Active Directory access issues efficiently.
  • Support network and shared printers, managing driver configurations and scan-to-email or folder troubleshooting.
  • Provide first-line ERP support, resolving user access issues and transaction errors while escalating system bugs for SAP and other business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and email configurations within a Google Workspace environment.
  • Log, track, and resolve IT incidents using a helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring strict SLA compliance and high user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues encompassing LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN access.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications including CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator, Google Platforms, and ITIL Foundation.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in end-user technical support and IT operations management.
  • Strong troubleshooting expertise for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and Windows operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing user accounts in Active Directory and basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN).
