About the Role
Advancly is powering progress for entrepreneurs and MSMEs across Africa and emerging markets by innovating access to credit through capital, data, and technology. We are currently looking for a results-driven, articulate, and strategic Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and expanding our investor base, executing effective investment strategies, and facilitating deposit mobilization efforts from institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Source and acquire new investors through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic relationship-building activities.
- Drive deposit mobilization and build a robust pipeline of individual and institutional investors.
- Develop and present customized investment proposals and high-impact pitch materials.
- Foster long-term relationships with current investors by providing regular updates, reports, and valuable investment insights.
- Partner with the marketing team to create impactful investor engagement strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging investment trends and new funding opportunities.
- Coordinate investor communications, including newsletters, financial updates, and exclusive events.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal corporate policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records and CRM data while providing regular performance reports to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in wealth management, investor relations, or business development within the financial sector.
- Demonstrated success in deposit mobilization and investor acquisition within the Nigerian market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a sound understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
