About the Role
Nairapoint Finance Limited is a licensed digital financial technology platform in Nigeria focused on ethical lending, investment products, and retail wealth management. Officially launched in December 2025 at the Ikoyi Golf Club, Lagos, our mission is to deepen financial inclusion for individuals and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). As we expand rapidly, we are seeking a smart, driven Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos and help clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment advice.
- Create, implement, and monitor both low-risk and high-yield investment plans.
- Drive client acquisition by bringing in new high-net-worth individuals while nurturing existing relationships.
- Stay updated on Nigerian financial markets, economic indicators, and emerging fintech trends.
- Explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to diverse retail and institutional clients.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in wealth management, banking, or investment advisory.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable utilizing mobile apps, CRM tools, and modern financial software platforms.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian financial sector and investment landscape.
