About the Role
Jeroid Ltd is a leading Nigerian fintech company known for innovative digital solutions, and we are now expanding our commercial ventures. We are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Business Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day business operations of our property arm. This role is ideal for a strategic professional who will treat our real estate portfolio as a standalone business, driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and maximizing asset value.
Key Responsibilities- Take overall responsibility for the daily business operations and profitability of the property arm.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to grow the property portfolio and revenue.
- Identify and evaluate new property investment, acquisition, and development opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze Nigerian real estate market trends.
- Prepare property business plans, budgets, revenue projections, and growth targets.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with property owners, tenants, agents, and contractors.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, vendor arrangements, and lease transactions.
- Monitor construction and development projects in collaboration with quantity surveyors.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant property, tenancy, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business management, real estate, or property operations.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and managing budgets.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian real estate and property market dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, particularly Excel.
