We are currently looking for a results-driven Wealth Manager to join our professional on-site team in Lagos State, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advising clients on financial planning, investment options, and wealth-building strategies aligned with their unique business and personal objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Meet directly with micro-entrepreneur clients to assess their financial needs and design tailored financial plans.
- Recommend appropriate savings, investment, and insurance solutions to help clients manage risk and protect assets.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly, conduct market and product research, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal bank policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other bank teams to enhance the overall client experience and deliver financial education.
- Maintain strong, trust-based, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service delivery.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in wealth management or financial planning will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience in banking, microfinance, or financial advisory services working with small business or retail clients.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, investment management, and insurance product knowledge.
- Solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Lagos State and manage multiple client portfolios ethically.
