About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor - Raw Material to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will provide high-level inventory and warehouse management expertise to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw and packaging materials, helping us maintain our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of raw and packaging materials to support uninterrupted production operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, achieving a minimum Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) of 95% monthly while strictly enforcing FIFO/FEFO principles.
  • Optimize the utilization of warehouse resources, including manpower, forklifts, storage space, and material handling equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, maintaining a secure, organized, and clean warehouse facility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics to resolve operational issues and streamline processes.
  • Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on space utilization, inventory accuracy, and stock status.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to drive high productivity, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse or inventory management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFO methods.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with strong experience in supervising and team management.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse safety regulations and operational best practices.
