We are seeking a skilled and patient Children Barber to join our vibrant team as we prepare to open our doors. Key Responsibilities- Provide professional haircuts, trims, and grooming services tailored specifically for children.
- Calm anxious children and ensure they feel comfortable and safe throughout the grooming process.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene, and proper equipment sterilisation.
- Handle all grooming tools, including clippers and scissors, with utmost safety.
- Consult politely with parents to understand their preferred styles and deliver excellent customer service.
- Adhere strictly to the centre's child safeguarding policies and safety procedures at all times.
- Proven practical experience in professional barbering with a strong portfolio of neat, modern styles.
- Prior experience cutting children's hair is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
- Exceptional patience, friendliness, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Uncompromising attention to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Willingness to work weekends and peak operational periods when required.
- Ability to pass background checks and provide credible professional references.
