About the Role
DMOT Enterprises, a dynamic organization specializing in general trading, contract management, and business consultancy, is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow, and maintaining strict safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage inventory control processes, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and maintain safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all warehouse transactions and inventory levels.
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc in Social Sciences or any relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar warehousing role within a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
