About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Medical Officer (Post-NYSC) to join our professional team in Lagos State. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal part in upholding clinical excellence, ethical practices, and delivering optimal healthcare services across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical care including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across relevant service lines.
  • Conduct daily ward rounds and manage outpatient clinics efficiently.
  • Handle medical emergencies and coordinate seamless patient referrals.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in patient medical records.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
  • Participate in case reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and support the training of junior staff.
  • Engage in patient education to promote better health outcomes and preventive care.
Qualifications
  • Female candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and a valid annual practicing license.
  • Completed mandatory NYSC service with a valid discharge or exemption certificate.
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-NYSC clinical experience in a hospital or multi-specialty setting.
  • Demonstrated clinical competence in managing common acute and chronic conditions independently.
  • Ability to assist in or perform minor surgical procedures following established safety standards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills with high resilience for a fast-paced medical environment.
