About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations within a feed mill manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with hands-on experience in raw materials or finished goods management who can drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety across warehouse activities.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination between inventory management and production needs. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate stock records, and enforcing best practices in material handling and storage. Key Responsibilities- Supervise the receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate material availability to support uninterrupted production.
- Enforce warehouse safety, cleanliness, and standard operational procedures.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor productivity levels.
- Report inventory discrepancies promptly and support periodic stock audits.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize workflow.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies at all times.
- Minimum of SSCE qualification required.
- 2–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably within a manufacturing or feed mill environment.
- Feed mill experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience in either raw materials or finished goods management is welcome.
