About the Role

Ejovi Offshore Limited is a wholly Nigerian-owned oil and gas services company delivering sustainable solutions to the energy sector since 1988. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to oversee our inventory, stores, and materials flow in direct support of our growing marine and offshore operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining supply chain efficiency by ensuring that all equipment, spares, and consumables are accurately tracked, stored, and issued using the TM Master system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, spares, and consumables in line with company standards.
  • Process goods receipts and stock issues efficiently within TM Master against approved requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Maintain meticulously accurate stock records and conduct routine periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum inventory thresholds and promptly raise replenishment requests to prevent stockouts.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and logistics teams to manage incoming deliveries, shipments, and vessel resupplies.
  • Prepare comprehensive inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with vessel crews, technical departments, and shore-based personnel.

Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience working in a warehouse, stores, or inventory management environment.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of TM Master, specifically its inventory, requisition, and purchasing workflows.
  • Strong administrative, record-keeping skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Prior experience in the maritime, offshore, or heavy industrial sector will be considered a distinct advantage.
