About the Role
SANY Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Specialist to support the daily operations of our heavy equipment spare parts warehouse in Lagos. This role is ideal for a logistics professional who excels at managing large volumes of stock, maintaining precise inventory records, and ensuring the seamless movement of heavy machinery parts from overseas receipt to final customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Receive overseas container shipments, rigorously verify parts against packing lists, sort inventory, and execute proper storage protocols within designated warehouse zones.
- Maintain impeccable inventory records in both the ERP system and physical locations, conducting routine stock counts and audits to ensure high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, document, and prepare spare parts for prompt customer delivery, ensuring all logistics movements are accurately logged.
- Record real-time inventory transactions, monitor stock flows, and utilize ERP systems alongside Microsoft Excel for transparent reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, or logistics.
- Hands-on expertise in handling large inventories with high SKU volumes in an industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- ND, HND, or B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Valid certification and proven ability to safely operate a forklift for heavy equipment handling.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when operational demands require overtime.
- Bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English represent a distinct advantage.
- Proximity to industrial and residential corridors such as Asese, Ibafo, Mowe, Magboro, Arepo, and Berger is strongly preferred.
