About the Role
SANY Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Specialist to support the daily operations of our heavy equipment spare parts warehouse in Lagos. This role is ideal for an inventory professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing large volumes of stock, and ensures the seamless movement of heavy machinery parts from receipt to customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Receive overseas container shipments, verify incoming heavy equipment parts against packing lists, and ensure proper storage within designated warehouse zones.
- Maintain impeccable inventory records in both the ERP system and physical warehouse locations, conducting regular stock audits to guarantee high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, document, and prepare spare parts for prompt customer dispatch while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Record inventory transactions in real time, monitor stock thresholds, and leverage ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting accuracy.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to handle heavy industrial components and streamline warehouse logistics.
- Minimum of an ND, HND, or B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management within industrial or heavy equipment sectors.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Valid forklift operation certification and practical experience handling heavy materials.
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Chinese will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Candidates residing within or close to Asese, Ibafo, Mowe, Magboro, Arepo, Berger, and surrounding Lagos-Ogun boundary areas are strongly preferred.
