We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic Fulfillment Operations team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Accurately receive, record, and store inventory within designated temperature requirements using advanced inventory management software.
- Pick, pack, and label medical products efficiently based on incoming orders while strictly adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and periodic stock audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by completing routine operational checklists and following safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with specialist operations, flight operations, and customer care teams to prioritize daily tasks and coordinate seamless deliveries.
- Participate actively in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehouse performance.
- Minimum of an OND or HND in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Agricultural Science, Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy Technology, Purchasing and Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using inventory management systems and handheld scanning devices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and overtime as required by operational demands.
