About the Role
Proforce Limited is a globally recognized total defence solution provider specializing in armoured vehicles and personal protection, delivering confidence in protective mobility across Nigeria and Africa. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Male Cook to join our facility team in Ode Remo, Ogun State. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our workforce remains energized and well-nourished by delivering exceptional culinary services within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious daily breakfast and lunch meals for staff and management according to established schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices across all kitchen and dining areas.
- Monitor kitchen inventory, track food supplies, and create shopping lists to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly to the facilities team.
- Accommodate diverse dietary restrictions and special meal requirements with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with administrative and facility teams to ensure smooth, efficient daily canteen operations.
- Proven professional cooking experience within a corporate, industrial, or hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of local and continental cuisine, food safety regulations, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prepare meals in large quantities without compromising quality.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and great attention to detail.
- Impeccable personal hygiene and a professional demeanor.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Ode Remo, Ogun State, or its immediate environs.
