About the Role
MeWe Electronics is a foremost Nigerian brand of electronics, producing innovative household appliances for a vast customer base. As our business expands rapidly, the Spare Parts Center of our After-Sales Service Department is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Spare Parts Supervisor to oversee parts operations, ensure efficient parts flow, and drive cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop monthly and quarterly spare parts demand plans based on historical repair data and sales forecasts.
- Monitor inventory turnover, set safety stock alert levels, and organize regular physical stocktaking.
- Manage inbound and outbound warehousing operations, implementing the FIFO principle and maintaining warehouse safety and environmental standards.
- Establish used parts return processes, collaborate with technical teams to appraise warranty liability, and supervise eco-friendly scrap disposal.
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports, analyze consumption across service outlets, and review requisitions to control costs and prevent false claims.
- Associate degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing or parts management, ideally within the home appliance industry.
- Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems, alongside advanced Excel data processing capabilities.
- Strong data analysis skills, cost control awareness, and excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
- Basic reading and writing proficiency in English.
