About the Role
Nutri K Limited is dedicated to the fight against malnutrition in Nigeria, specializing in the manufacturing of essential nutritional foods for vulnerable children. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing operations by ensuring that all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods are handled, stored, and issued with the utmost accuracy and efficiency, directly contributing to our impactful mission.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and issue raw materials and packaging items to production based on authorized requests.
- Pick, pack, and stage finished goods securely for timely dispatch.
- Accurately record all warehouse transactions in stock cards and ERP systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and actively participate in periodic inventory audits.
- Maintain optimal cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the warehouse at all times.
- Handle materials using appropriate equipment while strictly complying with workplace safety procedures.
- Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Support full compliance with quality, food safety, and internal company policies.
- Minimum of a secondary school education (SSCE).
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Familiarity with basic inventory control, FIFO/FEFO principles, and warehouse practices.
- Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements in a workplace.
- Strong ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
