About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our Fulfillment Operations team in Yenagoa, Bayelsa. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing life-saving medical packages, managing inventory, and ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and safely to serve our customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately receive, store, and track inventory within our management systems while maintaining proper temperature conditions.
  • Perform precise picking, packing, and labeling of medical orders while adhering strictly to standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct routine quality checks, cycle counts, and stock audit reconciliations to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with flight operations, specialist operations, and customer care teams to prioritize daily tasks.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an OND or HND; fresh graduates in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Agricultural Science, Medical Lab Technology, Pharmacy Technician, Supply Chain, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using inventory management software and handheld devices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
