We are currently expanding our team and looking for a talented, professional, and service-driven Potter who is passionate about crafting memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality pottery and ceramic items tailored to the aesthetic and functional needs of our hospitality clients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio workspace adhering to industry standards.
- Collaborate with the operations and design teams to create unique pieces for guest experiences and displays.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and kiln equipment maintenance.
- Engage professionally with guests during interactive workshops or demonstrations when required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a courteous attitude.
- Proven experience working as a potter or ceramic artist within a professional environment.
- Professional appearance and the ability to represent the M.I.P Consultants brand with pride.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as demanded by the hospitality sector.
