We are currently recruiting a dedicated Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our daily fulfillment and inventory management functions in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining supply chain workflows, supervising warehouse personnel, and driving operational efficiency to support our rapid growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure the facility is properly organized and products are appropriately stored for easy accessibility and safety compliance.
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks to warehouse personnel while supervising staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
  • Monitor the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse, coordinating accurate and timely order processing.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and couriers to guarantee prompt dispatch and final delivery.
  • Track inventory levels, support regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies or damaged goods effectively.
  • Implement and maintain effective standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance warehouse workflow and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and generate regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations management.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising warehouse staff and leading hands-on operations teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of modern inventory management systems and order fulfillment best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital reporting tools.
  • Must reside within Baruwa, Ayobo, Ipaja, or nearby environs in Lagos State.
