About the Role

Based at our ultra-modern manufacturing facility in Ikeja, Lagos, you will play a critical role in managing our daily warehouse operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our mission to provide quality and affordable healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect raw materials, APIs, excipients, and packaging components against invoices and delivery notes.
  • Route newly received items to quarantine zones and ensure clear labeling until formally released by Quality Assurance.
  • Issue accurate weights and volumes of materials to production teams in strict adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records.
  • Implement and monitor strict FIFO and FEFO protocols to minimize waste and optimize material usage.
  • Maintain precise inventory levels through regular cycle counts, full physical stock counts, and up-to-date bin cards and ledgers.
  • Monitor and record specific temperature and humidity levels for pharmaceutical and cold chain storage.
  • Manage logistics, third-party service providers, and vendor performance against established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Administer warehouse documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices and audit standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Numerical Sciences.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Prior working experience within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and enterprise inventory spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and pharmaceutical storage compliance.
