About the Role
The Concept Group is looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Transformation & Strategy Officer to support the implementation of our overall vision, mission, and strategic priorities. In this role, you will conceptualize and formulate strategic initiatives, ensuring that day-to-day project activities remain fully aligned with our core pillars of great people, continuous innovation, and ideal culture.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of business cases, gap analyses, root cause analyses, and feasibility studies for proposed transformation initiatives.
- Prepare project initiation documents, project charters, preliminary management briefs, and annual budgeting exercises for the Transformation Department.
- Maintain and update implementation trackers weekly, coordinate vendor scoping and selection, and assist with Service Level Agreement reviews.
- Collaborate in Agile meetings, track project progress across multiple workstreams, and contribute to comprehensive post-completion reports.
- Prepare executive-level presentation materials for management and steering committees while escalating potential risks proactively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in business analysis, project coordination, or strategy roles, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, with a strong preference for Agile frameworks.
- Demonstrated strength in problem structuring, data analysis using Excel, vendor evaluation, and professional stakeholder communication.
