About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our dynamic supply chain team in Nigeria and oversee critical inventory and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures that all production materials and items are properly identified with codes, tags, and batches, and accurately accounted for at all times.
  • Inspects, verifies, and accepts incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications before warehouse transfer.
  • Maintains adequate supplies of raw materials and items to seamlessly meet the daily operational requirements of user departments.
  • Carries out timely identification and documentation of all stock movements, maintaining precise records within the enterprise system.
  • Participates actively in periodic stock-taking, cycle counting, and inventory control activities while preparing comprehensive reports for management review.
  • Receives delivery schedules from customers, coordinates the efficient distribution of aluminum cans, and prepares accurate delivery reports.
  • Monitors inventory quality continuously, reporting damages, obsolescence, or expired stock immediately to the Department Head.
  • Documents, implements, and maintains quality, food safety, environment, health, and safety management systems within the warehouse.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in a warehouse or inventory control role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software and advanced inventory reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
