About the Role
International Energy Services Limited (IESL) is a leading multidisciplinary energy services company established in 1990. We are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across engineering, procurement, construction, and project execution functions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the implementation of corporate strategy into executable operational plans and ensure sustainable business growth.
- Oversee end-to-end EPC project delivery to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Provide technical oversight for engineering operations, procurement strategies, and site construction management.
- Manage operational budgets, optimize resource utilization, and improve overall project profitability.
- Champion rigorous HSEQ standards, promoting a Zero Harm culture across all operational sites.
- Build and mentor a high-performance senior management team while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or Project Management is highly desirable.
- Mandatory registration with relevant professional bodies such as COREN.
- Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in the EPC sector, with at least 8 to 10 years in executive leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract management (FIDIC, EPC), project controls, and enterprise risk management.
