About the Role
Carehill Clinics Limited is a dynamic 24-hour private healthcare facility located in Lugbe, Abuja, committed to delivering exceptional medical services to families and individuals within our community. We are currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated, and patient-focused Pharmacist to manage our modern pharmacy department and ensure seamless access to essential medications.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to outpatients and emergency patients.
- Provide comprehensive medication therapy management and counseling to patients regarding dosage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor drug expiration dates, and place timely pharmaceutical reorders.
- Maintain strict compliance with local regulatory standards, pharmacy laws, and internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all pharmaceutical transactions and patient dispensing histories.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Proven work experience as a Pharmacist in a reputable hospital, clinic, or community pharmacy setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to professional medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and teamwork.
