About the Role
Montaigne Place, Nigeria's leading luxury cosmetics, wellbeing, and fragrance company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our thriving distribution network. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our premium products are received, stored, and dispatched with absolute efficiency, maintaining the hallmark of sophistication that defines our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and direct daily warehouse operations, covering receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, physical audits, and Warehouse Management System reconciliation.
- Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse personnel, including forklift operators, pickers, and administrative staff.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and overall labor productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all facility operations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize storage space and accelerate fulfillment speed.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments seamlessly with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal departments.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven work experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, ERP software, and barcode scanning technologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of freight coordination, material handling protocols, and safety compliance.
- Strong leadership capabilities with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
