We are currently seeking ambitious, young, and highly motivated engineering graduates for an intensive Graduate Engineer Trainee Programme within the dynamic Oil and Gas sector. This structured initiative is meticulously designed to accelerate professional growth and develop participants for strategic future roles across Engineering, Construction, Projects, Tendering, Estimation, and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities- Participate actively in comprehensive training modules covering various engineering disciplines within the oil and gas industry.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project estimation, tendering processes, and business development initiatives.
- Undertake project and site assignments across designated operational locations as required by management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support senior engineers in daily technical operations.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Graduate with a First Class or Second Class Upper degree, with a minimum CGPA of 4.30 and above.
- Demonstrate strong academic credentials, analytical aptitude, and exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Primavera P6 software is an absolute requirement for this role.
- Prior internship or practical experience within the Oil and Gas sector will be a distinct advantage.
- Willingness and availability to relocate to Ondo State for the duration of the training programme and site deployments.
