FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee seamless warehouse operations for our esteemed client in Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing stock protection, and driving team performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods while ensuring absolute inventory accuracy.
  • Implement effective warehouse processes to improve overall productivity and operational performance.
  • Supervise picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to minimize stock loss, damage, and deterioration.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits while maintaining precise records.
  • Monitor warehouse safety standards and ensure strict compliance with health and operational procedures.
  • Manage warehouse personnel by setting performance expectations, providing coaching, and driving accountability.
  • Utilize ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports and operational updates for management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen warehouse efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management.
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and maintain high integrity.
