About the Role
Blossom Dental Clinic and Braces Centre is a highly rated, modern dental practice operating two main locations in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Known for its welcoming environment and excellent patient care, the clinic provides a comprehensive range of family, cosmetic, and orthodontic treatments. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient daily operations of our facilities to ensure a seamless experience for both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall facility operations, maintenance schedules, and repairs across all clinic locations in Port Harcourt.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and medical facility standards.
- Supervise third-party vendors, contractors, and internal maintenance staff to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor utility systems, medical equipment housing, and general infrastructure to prevent operational downtime.
- Manage facility budgets, track inventory of office and maintenance supplies, and oversee vendor payments.
- Respond swiftly to facility emergencies and coordinate necessary corrective actions promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in facility management, preferably within a healthcare or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards, building maintenance, and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and facility management software.
- Ability to work effectively in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
