About the Role
Prince Mega Online (PMO), the newly launched e-commerce platform for premier cosmetics giant Prince Mega Agency in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager. In this role, you will lead our logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment operations as we scale our digital presence following our official transition. You will ensure seamless order processing for our 100% authentic luxury beauty, skincare, and fragrance products, delivering exceptional service to customers nationwide with our fast shipping standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and fast shipping fulfillment for e-commerce orders.
- Manage, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity, safety standards, and adherence to company policies.
- Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize stock discrepancies and track beauty, skincare, and fragrance products accurately.
- Coordinate with procurement, customer service, and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch and nationwide shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse facility compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, shipping metrics, and operational performance for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
- Strong proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Residency in Port Harcourt or willingness to commute reliably to the facility.
