About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated property management team and deliver exceptional cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing floors, furniture, and fixtures across all assigned rooms and common areas.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, and refreshments promptly.
- Inspect properties and accommodations regularly to ensure they meet Helangs high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the facility management team.
- Handle guest laundry and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens efficiently.
- Address guest requests and inquiries politely and professionally to ensure a memorable stay.
- Proven professional experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper sanitation procedures, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle repetitive tasks, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
